Fitness is a fun way to look good and feel great, we offer a variety of programs, from social group fitness classes to tailored individual programs suited for your specific goals.

Using either our online platforms or in Kin Kin, use of our boutique gym, the oval or our community hall, you have access to a wide range of activities to be the best you that you can be and have fun whilst doing it.

We are a husband and wife duo, with a passion for promoting a healthy balanced lifestyle. Through fun, time efficient training; we will show you how achieving your personal fitness goals, will lead you to a more balanced and enjoyable life for yourself and those around you.

Vee McPhee

Having a major body transformation in the last 18 months, losing 30kgs; Vee has discovered a growing passion for health and fitness through weight training and acquiring several Zumba certifications. Come and join one of Vee's group fitness classes to rediscover the joy of being active and get those results you have been wanting now!

Jon McPhee

Having a sports degree qualification and many years of experience in athlete development; Coach Grey can provide you with a tailored program and individual coaching to increase your strength, skill and knowledge in achieving you own personal fitness goals.

Our Classes

Here are some of our group fitness classes, working your full body, they are fun and time efficient. 

Strong Nation

The original STRONG Nation™ class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body. It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals — and then making new ones.

Teen Lift Fit

A circuit program centred around creating good form and correct practice for teens in the gym. An introduction into a variety of lifts and techniques with an outcome of setting up good fitness habits for life.

Lift Fit

A lifting circuit class designed around high rep / low weight activities to increase your cardiac output whilst working your muscles. This 1 hour class will hit all your muscle groups, make you sweat and challenge your endurance.


Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
