These one on one or small group sessions are with a qualified and experienced strength and conditioning coach. They can be conducted in person or online with the options of using our facility, yours or even outdoor field sessions. Be coached in the form, function and benefit of exercise whilst using a specialised program under supervision.

A circuit program centred around creating good form and correct practice for teens in the gym. An introduction into a variety of lifts and techniques with an outcome of setting up good fitness habits for life.

Lift Fit

A lifting circuit class designed around high rep / low weight activities to increase your cardiac output whilst working your muscles. This 1 hour class will hit all your muscle groups, make you sweat and challenge your endurance.​

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.​
